URA releases Kallang Riverside site for hotel development
URA has released a 0.74 hectare land parcel for development; it has a permissible gross floor area of 20,917 square meters with a maximum building height of 16 storeys and a 99-year lease. This could potentially yield a 300 to 380 room hotel.
