Condo Photo Review: The Stellar
We thought this perfect shot was something out from a brochure...
Tucked in the junction of Clementi Road and the West Coast Highway, lies the low-rise condo project, The Stellar. It is located just a short walk from the National University of Singapore and is adjacent to Varsity Park condo. There are 162 units in this Freehold project, that just TOPed in 2008.
The biggest strength of this project lies in its stunning swimming facilities. The entire central courtyard is a huge swimming pool, with private swimming alcoves embedded for the ground floor units. Almost all the units on the ground floor have a small private pool, and some of them are even connected to the main pool. This makes for a very pretty sight when looking down from the balcony.
The gym is perched on the 3rd storey overlooking the pool, where one can get a fantastic view of the estate. From here you can see its pretty well equipped!
While the surrounding views aren’t spectacular due to the nearby container port, there isn’t any high rise residential breathing down the Stellar’s neck. Large balconies are common in the project and a wonderful sea breeze blows in occasionally.
There aren’t many amenities nearby, however residents will be glad to know that West Coast Park isn’t very far.
