Condo Photo Review: Faber Crest

We visited yet another 99yr leasehold condominium in District 5, Faber Crest a sizable condominium with 360 units. Located along Faber Heights, it was completed in around 2002 and sits in a quiet little corner of its own.

At its highest point, Faber Crest is just 4storeys high and offers ground floor units. Typical units have small patios, large enough to place two seats and a small coffee table. A large long pool runs through the estate, offering a picturesque atmosphere through the day.

Sitting near the Ayer Rajah Expressway, getting to places is also a breeze - although those commuting by MRT will find it a slight hassle to get to Clementi MRT which is about 1.3km away.

Here are some photos we took during our trip:

A large pool runs through the estate, giving many of its residents a fantastic pool view. Note that the pool is elevated from the ground level at some points.

Another shot of the pool and the tranquil atmosphere.

Ground floor units get a decent amount of private enclosed space (PES).

BBQ pits line the poolside with some wooden tables and matching benches.

Deckchairs along the poolside for some great tans.

Two tennis courts to keep the sporty ones occupied.

Another BBQ pit, located near other common facilities.

One of the two large playgrounds for the little ones. We liked the warm homely feeling of the condominium.

The large of the two playgrounds found in the estate.

Outdoor fitness station for the adults, surrounded by lush greenery.

We noted that the gym was rather spacious – a great atmosphere to burn away the extra carbs.

The cardio machines overlooked the estate.

A full sized snooker table – that is not coin operated!

A multi-purpose room for your private functions.

The lounge area of the clubhouse – that’s quite possibly the longest sofa we have seen to date.

Common Jacuzzi for the adults to soak in.

Sauna and steam bath also available in this condominium!

A large basement car park, surely enough for the residents.

Water features line the estate.

Pavilions such as this for the old timers to enjoy the sweet scent of retirement.

Parting shot of the estate, the tennis courts can immediately be found to the right of the entrance.

Faber Crest details.
