One Devonshire and Parc Seabreeze are launching/relaunching/previewing.
It doesn't matter what they call these launch events anymore as we have been hearing news of them from agents and other sources for the longest time about these projects - in fact we even saw some ads that claimed One Devonshire still offered a Deferred Payment Scheme, which has not been available for the longest time. The preview for One Devonshire supposedly starts this week, so if you are interested go check with your friendly neighbourhood agent.

Hopefully the recovering market will help the developers out this time - after all their locations are pretty decent. Finally, we did a check to see if there have been any units sold but could find no caveats being lodged - so rest assured if you are serious about getting your hands dirty in some property purchases, you will be awarded with virgin units - just remember you heard from us first.
