Found along Dover Rise, Heritage View is one of the more prominent condominiums in District 5. Ready for occupation in 2000, Heritage View has approximately 618 units and sits on 99year leasehold land.
The tree towers of Heritage View sits just a few hundred meters away from Vista Xchange, a future transport hub and commercial zone. More importantly, the One North project just down the road has been coming along fine with the addition of the Fusionpolis to the existing Biopolis project. These media and bio research hubs along with the One Rochester fine dining area and The Rochester, a planned condotel and commercial building are touted to bring the buzz to the area.
Here are some photos of the estate we took:

Three more tennis courts with hard surfaces for fast and hard hitting play!
Yet even more BBQ pits for the residents. Note the HDB flats in the background.
Yes, yet another playground for the young ones! This place is big on playgrounds.
A putting green, for those with more refined taste.
The condominiums lobby where residents can lounge about.
The gym has quite a number of cardio centric machines to keep fit in.
