Median Cash-Over-Valuation (COV) by Town and Flat Type for Resale Cases Registered in 1st Quarter 2008

The statistics below provide the median Cash-Over-Valuation (COV) for resale transactions of a particular flat type in a given town based on cases registered in the quarter. The COV is the difference between the resale price and the market value of the flat.


The median COV tells you that half of the flats transacted during the quarter were sold with COV above the median value and half were sold with COV below the median value.
