The re-launched Nathan Residences garnered strong sales, over 75 units were snapped up at a preview recently. Most of the units sold were one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Nathan Residences only offers these two options and penthouses.
Most of the units left unsold are the lower level units and the more expensive penthouses. Prices were launched about 30% to 35% below last year’s prices. The units were sold at $1,220 psf to $1,320 psf, markedly less than last year’s prices of $1,800 psf to $2,000 psf. Analysts say that the prices although lower, are not entirely cheap.
