Developed by UM Land subsidiary Dynasty View Sdn Bhd, the Deanna Homes is the first component being launched in the township’s second phase, which will accommodate 150 spacious double-storey units priced from RM198,800.
At this entry level price, families with a monthly household income of at least RM4,000 could comfortably call this place home as a 90 per cent loan margin repaid over 25 years works out to around RM1,200 a month.
For a limited period, Dynasty View is making the deal even more attractive by offering a RM10,000 rebate to early-bird buyers.
According to the developer, the Deanna Homes will have “a value far beyond the price” as a typical unit will not only feature a large built-up area of 1,810sq ft, but also a 200sq ft rooftop terrace.
The houses, it said, will come with four bedrooms, three full-sized bathrooms and a study-cum-family area on the first floor.
Being a part of the larger Seri Austin masterplan, Deanna’s occupants will also be able to take advantage of the linear parks that will be planted throughout the township, besides the numerous recreational facilities such as jogging tracks, bicycle paths and children’s playgrounds it will incorporate.
Apart from the Deanna, the second phase will also play host to 430 units of cluster and double-storey terrace houses, which will be launched in the later part of the year.
Seri Austin sits on 500 acres of freehold land planned as a healthy and conducive environment with emphasis on outdoor activities. It is expected to accommodate a population of 29,000 residents when fully completed by the end of 2013.
To date, three phases of the development have been launched, resulting in RM80 million worth of sales.
The Deanna Homes series is expected to be completed by 2008, and has already garnered strong response, with over 30 per cent of the units pre-booked before its launch earlier this week.
