Fantastic shots! Your pictures really make the Kallang Basin looks so dreamy! Were these taken from the old Eng Cheong Tower? Looks like they were taken on a misty morning.
There are no webcams looking at Southbank but here's a pic of its site I took yesterday from the nearby King George's Ave flats:
